Proof of Delivery (POD)

Shipment evidence documenting delivery conditions and often timestamps used for detention and claims.

Without a usable POD, shippers may withhold payment, factors may refuse advances, and brokers lose detention disputes. POD validation checks that required evidence exists before an exception charge clears to pay.
