Read this before you rely on any report

• Reports are generated with the assistance of AI. Extraction quality depends on document quality, layout, language, and model behavior.
• AI can make mistakes — including incorrect amounts, missed line items, wrong references, or misclassified accessorials.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and verifying every result before paying a carrier, disputing a charge, advising a customer, or taking any other action.
• Jorora is an assistance tool only. It does not replace your AP desk, auditor, counsel, or TMS controls.
• Outputs do not constitute professional, legal, financial, logistics, customs, or accounting advice.

Rules vs models

Business decisions (Approve / Needs Review / Reject) are produced by versioned rules on top of extracted fields — not by an unconstrained LLM “judgment.” That reduces some classes of error but does not eliminate extraction or configuration risk.
